This article will teach you how to change the display name on your course certificates. 

Once you have logged into the A+ Support Site, select the profile button in the top right corner. 

Once your profile has loaded, click on the “Settings” and select “General”. 

Update your “Display name” to the desired name for your certificates of completion.

All of your certificates of completion will update to display this new name. 

Keep in mind: you will continue to login with your initial login credentials.
