21CCLC File Naming Convention

This article will walk you through the different naming conventions for each document. Each folder will show the files that are housed inside.

Basic Naming Convention

Each naming convention is built with 4 parts: Year, Subgrantee, File, and Extras. Each part is separated by a space hyphen space. Example listed below.
